It’s that time of year once again. The library was responsible for the Valentine’s Phantom the first year or so thanks to the Killington Active Seniors climbing snowbanks and surprising the community. Since we are no longer in charge, we are wondering if the Phantom will strike again this year? February 14th is a Saturday and we’ll be waiting with the rest of you to find out if the Phantom will appear….fingers crossed!
